A flagship build deserves more than a listing gallery. The visuals generated around 42 Star Island over the next 90 days will define how this project is remembered — by the buyer who closes it, by the press who covers it, and by the next client deciding whether US Developments is the right partner for their build.

This proposal covers a single, fully coordinated production — architectural photography, a cinematic brand film, and executive portraits of the US Developments principals on-site. Co-produced by Spectrum Innovations and Trevor Melton Photography, working from one shot list, one creative direction, and one finish.
